Gun collecting

No, I'm not a gun slinger!
My hobby since retirement has been gun-smithing. Specifically, I buy old surplus weapons from the WWII to Cold War relics, refurbish them for sale on the internet and also engrave them to make them one of a kind collectables.
My son and I would miss target shooting but I love my hobby.
I could have the another son strip them down to the frame and send the parts to me so the weapon would be inoperable.
I have no desire to carry a gun and I could live without target shooting as I said, but I would miss the art! Would this be acceptable to Panamanian Law?
