Looking for a cook

Recently retired in the U.S., now located in Boquete.

One thing my wife don't care to do is cook our main meals.

I am thinking if I could hire a cook to fix our main meal 3 times a week, preparing enough for 2 meals ( 4 person serving), I'd be set. It's not a requirement that the food is prepared in my home.

Any recommendations? What should this cost me for those that know?
