Advice for another newby, 3 mo trip

My wife and I are visiting Panama in a week and will be staying for 3 months. We're here to check out areas throughout Panama for retirement, and are starting out in Boquete.

Our priorities are: 1-within an hour or so from one of the two int'l airports; 2-within 1-1.5 hours of a beach; 3-expat community (US or Canada); and 4-climate similar to Boquete (60°-85°).

What areas within Panama other than Boquete would you suggest we visit while we're here?
