I promised to post this info...this is straight from my attorney: You don't have to pay him social security. It is only mandatory if he works for you three days a week or more. But you should pay him decimo every 3 months and vacation days (8 per year)
But if you don't pay social security and he has an accident working for you, you will have to pay for what the social security would cover.
