Package to US

Anyone has a cheap way to send a small package to the US?
My laptop needed repair and I am very much into fixing things that are still good to be used.
I know a person that have repaired two of our laptops and they are working perfectly ok after one year.
We ordered a part through ebay but it is damaged. they will send a new one if we send the damage one. (?). MB, Fedex etc are charging $$.

Any idea?
