Hello All. I am preparing to go to Panama for the upcoming summer months. My target dates are 6/7 - `8/15. I would like to rent a beachfront (preferably condo) property for approximately two months. My ultimate goal is to move to Panama permanently; however, I decided that this summer I would rent in order to get a "real" lay of the land. Does anyone know of someone renting a relatively nice property on or very close to the beach for two months. I am ready to enter into a binding contract for the summer. Two bedrooms would be great. It would be me, my son, and possibly mother... if I can convince her to stay that long. I would like to negotiate a long-term rental rate with the intention of sending a deposit immediately.
