What do expats do for health insurance for pre existing conditions? Will I be able to get prescriptions for my hypothyroidism or my wife's anxiety/depression? Will a hospital plan work for these at Punta Pacifica? Can imagine keeping my high cost health insurance in the states and traveling back every 3 months .
