Transportation to Boquete

I'm planning a three day trip to Boquete Panama. I'll be driving a rental car from Puriscal, Costa Rica to the Panama border at Paso Canoas. Since I can't take my rental car to Panama I've arranged to park it at a hotel for a couple of nights. What is the best, cheapest way to get from the border to Boquete?
