Withdrawing from Non-Panama Accounts

I have investment accounts in the US that I plan to withdraw from after I get to Panama..

Do any of you know if there are problems with living in Panama and withdrawing money from a US account.

I'm not thinking that there will be a problem in Panama, but with the IRS in the US.
