When arriving I will be getting a phone card to add to my Panama sim card. I very soon will get a provider and would like info on "Movistar" : have international plan available? Is it necessary to acquire in area I'm living? Do I go on line, in person, at an office, or by phone? Do you have a # or website for me? Opinions on is this the right order and co. to complete this task? Thank you in advance for your time and responses.
