I've seen this complaint before: Panama has nothing like an MLS.
It turns out they do, but in name only. There is a website that calls itself an MLS, but the tiny little database is a joke on itself.
I'm putting together a website that will put listings of many agencies all together in a single site automatically with free listing with links back to the agency website. Updates on individual sites will be automatically reflected on this central site. Sellers can also list for free here.
I have a bit of experience with real estate, so I will also post helpful articles for buyers and sellers and agents.
I'd also like to enable real estate services like agents, inspectors, maintenance companies, etc. to advertise.
I also noticed it's hard to find buyer's services. I'd like to help fill that gap.
As buyers and/or sellers of real estate, what features and services would you consider valuable to you? How can this business serve you the best?
