I am aware of the 180 day policy, but do I need to do anything before I reach 30 days? An extension or? Also will it be allowed to show a return ticket for say....5 months from entry? ( I am hoping to have secured my residency visa by then ). I thought I would ask here as lawyers are a bit vague on things and I have already pummeled her with questions.
