PC to Las Tablas

Headed to Las Tablas next month for our second visit to Panama. We will be in Playa Uverito for two weeks. Could I get some feedback and suggestions on these plans?
1. Our arrival into Tocumen will be late. Anyone have a suggestion for a clean, convenient, inexpensive hotel? Maybe with a restaurant or breakfast?We'll just be there to sleep and get an early start.
2. If we get an early-ish bus from Allbrook, like 8 am or so, will we be in Las Tablas by early afternoon?
3. We plan to pick up just a few snacks and water in Las Tablas and then head to Playa Uverito in a taxi to arrive in time for dinner at one of the beach fondas.

Does this plan sound reasonable? Thanks!!
