Child Friendly Community

It's that time of year again, and I am scheduled to go to Panama with my young son in the months of July and August. Last year, we stayed at a great condo in Coronado. However, it was not child-friendly. Other than the pool and beach with many tourists, there was not a lot for him to do. I was thinking about pedasi this year for surfing and the Spanish school. Or, possibly El Valle. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am open and welcome feedback. Thanks.
