Cost To Set Up A Corporation

I am in the process of setting up a Panama corporation, and my attorney has asked for a $2500 retainer to cover the costs. Is this a reasonable amount? I have no problem sending this, if it’s the going rate (or somewhere close to it), but thought I’d get some advice here before transferring the money. Thanks!
