Banking Accounts for Not Yet Resident

The Last Forum on this has devolved onto a mobile phone forum, uggh!

Does anyone who is not yet have a resident Visa have experience with details about setting up an Account in Panama to handle the incidental expenses and transfer of funds as a property is being purchased.

Don't want to bare the costs of a Lawyer doing this via their account as the charges can be expensive 1+%.
