Has anyone had any experience with this organization? I enrolled and paid my $120 yearly dues by local bank acct. transfer right after finishing the application. This was almost 2 wks ago and when I try going into my helpline acct with the temporary password that was generated right after I applied. It says they need payment as though I didn't pay! It was taken from my acct. and went to the Helpline. I have emailed Betty (director?) and no response. Is this a bogus organization or how may I get a response, as I would like to know the phone number I call and the I.D. number I give when calling should an emergency arise. HELP PLEASE
