I wanted to thank you for your positive responses and let you all know I HAVE been contacted by Betty from the helpline, and would also like to sincerely apologize for any negativity reflected from the post. I joined the HelpLine originally after hearing it was a wonderful org. and was and AM certain it is. I guess I felt a bit confused / let down, and jumped to conclusions before giving it the time it took to process my enrollment. I sincerely hope my apologies are accepted. I really do welcome and appreciate all the advice given on the forum. You are all a godsend. I hope we will never need the services of the HelpLine but if so, I have complete confidence they will be there. Thank you, and again, I am sorry for the misunderstanding to the readers and the HelpLine.
