Old bounced check charges and I'm migrating from US

My husband and I are considering retiring to Panama. My FBI background check come up no record but I have 3 bounced checks on my record from the 1990's. Was not fingerprinted and paid them off but still on local record under my then name. Since they do not show up on my official FBI check what do I do? Is it a potential issue?
