Moving to Panama Next Year

Good afternoon everyone! I may be in an interesting position and I need some advice. I'm a Panamanian citizen who grew up, went to college (didn't get a degree though), spent 10 years in the military, and I am making the move to Panama with my son. I have plenty of family in Panama City but after a few trips, I don't really want to live in Panama City. I will be traveling to Panama in a couple of weeks and would like to look at other cities/towns that have schools for English speaking kids and work for a mainly English speaking adult (me). What places should I consider looking at besides Panama City?
