Cool locations

Hello,

I would like to list cities in Panama where the weather is cool enough to, say, live without air conditioning. I know of:
- Boquete
- Volcan
- Cerro Punta (can actually be cold, it seems)
- Cerro Azul
- El Valle de Anton (maybe on the limit regarding A/C?)

I thought about Altos del Maria too, but this is not a city, as far as I understand.

Are there other locations along those lines?
