"Tipping" (Gratis), so is Panama like the EU, gratis included in fare/price. Or like the US where less than 20% may get one shot (just kidding-marginally).

Now, to the negatives and positives about retiring, relocating to Panama, like when requesting bids for a job, generally through out the highest and lowest and research the ones in the middle.
