Time between a re-entry before 3 months

Hello!
I had already stayed out a month and then returned. I read in the most recent document on the Panama Embassy site that if you re-enter before 3 months there is no stated time that you must stay out of the country before returning. It is no longer the must stay out 3 days rule since the March 2017 change. Will someone please confirm this? Can I go to Naley and get a bite to eat then return? Thanks
