Pensionado program with criminal record

I am 50 years old and have a pension from my teaching career above 1000/month. I’ve been to Panama and would like to benefit from the pensionado program and relocate to Panama. However I have two misdemeanor DUI arrests (2009 and 2017) on my FBI record. No felonies.

There is no clear information i can find regarding my eligibility due to the criminal record.

Can anyone direct me to a source or provide a yes/no answer to my question of “Am I eligible?”
