swimming pools with hot tubs in PC

hello all,

I've been planning a move to Panama for a while now and have narrowed it down to Boquete or PC. Here in Canada I often go to the civic pool and soak in the hot tub. I'd like ot keep doing that if I lived in PC. Does anyone know if there are such civic pools there?

Also, I'm thinking about living close to the Club Ecuestre Metropolitano - so say Albrook or El Cangrejo areas. Anyone live there? any thoughts on those neighborhoods? costs? issues? etc.?
