A Listing For A Rental Property?

I am not sure of the rules of the board re: listing of Real Estate. I have a rental condo that I'd like to put out to the folks on the forum.

Don't need to do an official listing like on the right side edge of the website.

Is that within the rules?

My second question: I can't seem to get PM's to work. Have never, ever had a person reply to a PM. I did the "invites" to friends, or whatever that's called?

I reached out to the owners of the website, but have never gotten a response.

Any input as to the 2 above questions would be greatly appreciated!
