Cable Onda

I have had Cable Onda installed for over a week in the Playa Blanca area and it hasn't worked correctly since. The gateway goes off by itself and again after anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes after I turn it back on. Someone told me this is normal service but I find that hard to believe.. What are your experiences with Cable Onda? Thanks, PadreJ
