dancing

That said, I am wanting to rent a small apartment or possibly a room in downtown Panama City (I think this is what I want to do, anyway)
for a couple of months and take salsa dance lessons and go watch big tropical bands and maybe dance and definitely practice my Spanish.

The place I want to rent needs a good internet connection and I need to be able to play a wind instrument for couple of hours during some reasonable time of day. I would prefer a polite neighborhood.

My questions are chiefly concerned with how to do this in such a way as to get the most value for my money. I'm a blue collar guy.

I would totally take and appreciate advice from anybody that has spent some time there.
