Claims with International Medical Insurance Group (IMG)

I would appreciate any feedback about this international insurance company. If anyone has it, filed a claim, etc? I seem to be getting the run- around after filing a claim for outpatient surgery. Also slow response times. The premiums are not real cheap. Maybe I'm expecting more then these type of International Companies are offering? Thank you in advance.
