No Criminal Records

This just in from my immigration attorney... the interim director of immigration is denying ALL the FBI or criminal reports that have infractions. It does not matter if is just a DWI. Lawyers cannot submit any requests for a Visa if there is any infraction on a criminal report.

In July, the new President and new Immigration director take office. At that time, lawyers can request special permission for an applicant with a criminal record to be approved for a Visa. It will be approved on a case-by-case basis depending on how many infractions and what they are.
