Soft Washing

Hello everyone,

I am Panamanian living in the city but even I am having trouble finding a soft washing company to clean a two story house.

This is not for me personally. We are doing some landscaping for a homeowner looking to place their home on the market. The home is located in Clayton. I thought Id be nice to recommend a soft wash as the roof has what appears to be mildew and mold, not to mention some black streaks.

Anyways, did a few google searches but only found one company that does pressure washing. A roof should not be pressure washed.

Please let me know if anyone has had this done. From the looks of it, the neighbors done have any contact either as their roofs are in the shape.
