Snorkeling/Diving near Coronado, Rio Hato, Gorgona?

I think I probably know the answer to this question, but one can always hope, right?

Are there any places to snorkel in these areas? I realize that these are sandy beach areas which don't typically lend themselves to clear waters and diving. Pretty darn sure there are no coral reefs, but maybe some rocky areas with clear water?

Maybe somewhere a reasonable (less than 1 hour) drive from these areas?
