Boquete Tennis Courts++

7 years ago
Everything I have read makes Boquete seem like one of the Best Places to Retire. I am 67 years of age and in good shape. Can run five miles in low altitudes. I like to play tennis at the 5.0 level. What type of tennis courts are available in Boquete: Red Clay, Har-Tru (usually green granules and/or hard (concrete or asphalt)? Do you need to lion a club to play, if so how much per month? Are there "public" courts you can pay by the hour or the day?

I have read some distressing news about the water quality. Your opinion?

Will be looking for a one or two furnished bedroom apartment or house; ideally with a pool and jacuzzi.

Will probably be visiting 2-4 weeks after Thanksgiving and before 2020 (may never come back to Jacksonville, FL).

Ideally would stay with an expat and pay for room and board or a couple of different expats.

Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
