Does anyone do any home canning in Panama?? I will be moving to the Boquete area and I always have done my own canning. Especially beans, pickles, tomatoes, jellies, etc. I have a pressure canner and all the things needed for canning. I was just wondering, because of the heat and humidity, is it hard to keep canned foods?
