Fellow canucks.... pensions question

Hello,
I know I must be missing something in my research but for all you retired Canadians, how do you get your pension money in Panama. Particularly if you have severed ties and are non resident. There is no reciprocal tax treaty and I’m not sure the Canadian government will deposit funds into a Panama bank account. I’m taking about CPP and OAS, not private pensions.

Anything helps, even if it is just to pint out something obvious I have missed. Cheers!
