Only if one thrives on stupidity and rip-offs, should one consider a PA bank. THEY DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS! Okay, you can have a PA @ and pay your rent, mortgage, or you can have Charles Schwabb and pull the funds with TOTAL refund of ATM fees.

If PA banks wanted your business (please no conspiracy US Government deep state BS) All one would have to do is what one does in the US, NO?
