Panama City RE Market

Related to a recent post on being "under water" on a mortgage in Panama City (PC), has the market crashed in PC and other locales in Panama?

Every so often I receive notifications about investment opportunities on residential/apartment projects in PC, David, the coasts from 'Live & Invest Overseas'.

Last time I was there in 2018, I did notice construction everywhere in town. Maybe there was excessive construction financed with low-interest funding leading to excessive supply...?
