Keeping Permanent Residency

Hello,
can someone tell me if it is still up to date that you keep your permanent residency if you visit Panama every 2 years? Or did something change there?
And if that is still correct, is there a minimum amount of time that you have to spend in the country, or can you come in one day and leave the next already?
Thanks in advance!
