The paperwork is in

Well, I have been lurking on this forum for a couple of years. I have put in my retirement paperwork, with a retirement date of 1/5/2021. We are planning to make the move in late 2020 or late 2021. We are planning to start off in the Alto Boquete area, until we get acclimated to Panama, then maybe near Volcan once we are comfortable. We have spent 2 three week vacations there, and feel good about the move.

Any suggestions about how to make the actual move, and when to get things done?
