Pensionado Visa question

Hello,
I have a quick question if anyone knows. I'm 57, still working (not drawing my ss benefits) My wife will be eligible for ss benefits in another five years. According to my account I'll have the below:

At full retirement age (67): $1,617 a month
At age 70: $2,015 a month
At early retirement age (62): $1,096 a month

Am I eligible to apply for a Pensionado Visa NOW under the above conditions even though I plan to stay in US for another 10 years and just have and use my Visa if eligible?
Appreciate your input.
