Evacuation Flights

I tried calling the Embassy but of course nobody home. I reached Copa in Miami and he said no flights until May 15. Does anybody know anything about any more evac flights out of Pty? Im ready to bolt out of here....But what about quarentine in Florida.? If we fly first into Florida are we subject to the new Florida mandatory quarantine rules, or if we are waiting for a flight connection are we exempt? Panama James seems to have a handle on all the pertinent information.......Hopefully he can help with this one....
