Allergies in Panama

Hello,

We have been seriously considering moving to Panama for some time now. After the coronavirus has calmed down, we will be taking the plunge.

We currently live in Okinawa, Japan, where we thought that allergies would be few and far between, due to reports that allergies basically didn't exist here, and due to the weather here. Unfortunately, I am DEATHLY allergic here, so bad that I can't go outside without a mask any time of year. Getting proper testing to find out what is causing it is near impossible.

What's the situation like in Panama? Anyone suffering from allergies there, and how are the hospitals / testing procedures there?
