Non Gringo rentals

Hello,

Looking to come to Panama for about 6mo initially to scout it out and see where I'd like to call home.

I want to be based out of Panama City and work my way out from there.

Does anyone have some "local" websites (like Craigslist in US or Kajiji in Canada) where I can find rentals at non Gringo prices? I prefer furnished for this 1st stretch.

If I have to use a Realtor I guess I will, but I'm not looking to pay the Gringo premium.
