Bi-lingual Assitant

We need -for family reasons- to move in one swoop (oct or nov). I will therefore (and to avoid the 'Gringo Surcharge') need someone local to do our bidding on the local market. That's why I am looking for a Panamanian law student who would assist us for 5-20 hours a month to work with us towards a smooth move. I believe that we can find -using Skype, whatsapp etc.- a good deal on a house that we can rent for 6 months to start. The outcome will that way be probably even better as if I came for a month and do it myself. What can you learn in a month?? And cheaper considering costs of rental car, hotel a.s.o.. I rather pay that person more and still save $$$s. If someone online knows a person who might be interested, please write us. The location of the future assistant is not important if they have time for a bus ride or own a car. The location where we probably want to settle is Santiago, Veraguas; Volcán, Chiriquí, or whatever the expert/assistant may suggest. We are excited, wide open and willing to listen and learn.
