We are looking to fiile for our visa in September, if everything is open and available. I was looking for some info on what the process is to bring your pets into the country. Does anyone have the list of requirements and the details of the process?

Also, when buying a car in Panama from a car dealer, what other fees are their besides the listed price? For example, here in the U.S. you have to pay tax, title and dealer fees. So if you bought a car for say $30,000, there will be about $5,000 additional charges for tax, title and dealer fees. Just curious how that works.
