ExPan looking for my Check

Hello,everyone.
I'm Quarantined here in Colombia.I live in Volcan.I recently learned,after waiting a Time,that the IRS does not put those Government Relief Checks in Direct Deposits (Electronic) to my Account I have there in Volcan...
No Foreign Bank Transactions.

So,I'm hoping that their System for MAILING is going to bring that Money to my General Delivery at the Post Office.I'm checking periodically.but so far it's a no-Show....Bottom Line is, I'm thinking "It'll be there shortly" Jaja.
Have any of you received your Checks,as of Lately,in Panama Mail?
