My husband and I are thinking to retire in Pedasi. I have heard that that place is great but the problems about scarcity of water and constant break down of the electricity makes it very difficult to have a normal life there for these occurrences are too often almost on a daily basis -
Are these true facts? or just exaggerated hear- say?
