Farewell Dear Panama

After living in Panama for a little over 2 years, it's time for us to move on.

For almost 2 years, Panama was such a nice little paradise. Sure there were problems, but no country is perfect.

Then Covid came. It seems the primary effect of the virus is to infect the brains of politicians and get them drunk with power. Covid has hardly killed anybody directly, but the government reaction has certainly killed our business prospects. Many of the world's nations over-reacted and believed the laughable models of doom, but Panama locked down with an especially iron fist. That iron fist has certainly smashed businesses, including ours.

So with a tear in my eye, I bid Panama farewell and good luck. She will certainly need some luck weathering the coming storm.
