Euros in Panama

Does anyone know of a place in Panama where I can exchange Euros for American or Canadian dollars? I was told by Multibank that CreditCorp Bank in David did Euro exchanges but I went there and they do not. There was a lady recently heading back to Holland recently who wanted to get rid of her USD and wanted Euros, so that would work.........Let me know if you hear of anyone looking for Euros, perhaps heading back to Europe........Thanks
