Friendly Nations Visa

Hi-
I have been in contact with a lawyer concerning the Pensionado Visa. He stated that my US social security was a bit under the required $1000 for a gov't pension. I explained that I have a private pension that is quite good. He said that will be fine.

While I qualify, he stated that many retirees who do not have the required gov't pension, or any pension for that matter, opt for the Friendly Nations Visa. I said that I have no desire to work. He said you only have to have a company or corporation on paper, but no need to make any money. I am a bit confused by that.

If there is anyone who can explain that, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you so much.
